A great scholarship foundation started and maintained by former NCC students in memory of Mironda Heston - a classmate of ours who passed away tragically while unselfishly work with the less-fortunate in Haiti. We recently donated our efforts on Saturday 4/22 in support of Matt Moran's run from Mineral, IL (Mironda's hometown) to the NCC campus (104 miles). Reception was held at Quigley's in Naperville and it was a great time. We hope this repeats as one of the many annual events raising money for her scholarship.
